We are not a traditional RV park. We only have 2 parking spots and can't accommodate anything larger than 40' with a total length of 62'. The "park" is located in front of a small candle business in a small rural neighborhood. That means there are a few houses around where your RV will be parked. It's quiet but, there are dogs in the neighborhood and two that live on the property. Pets are welcome we just ask that they are kept on a leash.

The Timbercrest RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas and is a fun spot for an outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a gorgeous natural setting with beautiful views, fresh air, and clear skies. With so much space, there's plenty of opportunities for nature walking, biking, exploring, picnicking, sunset viewing and stargazing. Situated on 95 acres, The Ozarks RV Resort overlooks Table Rock Lake in Carroll County, AR. As you enter the resort, you can’t help but think you have found a piece of paradise hidden in the Ozark Valley.
