Were part of the sunbelt states. Our property is very close to town. We are 12 min from Downtown Argenta and 13 min from the Little Rock Downtown River Market. We are located right outside the city limits of North Little Rock. We are across the street from this Dollar General in case you need to pick anything up. Our place offers really big sites which come with 100% full hookups. We want you to stay a while if you can because we live here too. Our place is newly built in 2026 and we ask for a little grace as our trees start to grow and fill in since they are so new as well. We are looking to build a community of travelers, retirees, workers, labors and all around good people to come and stay and live at this park. We run background checks on guest who request to stay over a week. We understand that everyone has a history but there are some things that we will not allow guest to have on their backgrounds. Historic Lake Leatherwood City Park has been a Eureka Springs recreation landmark for many decades. Created during the WPA era by Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC), the 1,610 acre park continues to serve as the city's premier outdoor recreational resource. The spring fed no wake lake's 80ft tall limestone faced dam is the hallmark CCC remnant along with many other stone features still in service. The park provides many recreational opportunities with camping, cabins and RV sites, boating, handicapped kayak and canoe launch, fishing, shower house, boat dock/marina, swimming, playground and over 25 miles of hiking and biking trails. Whether you need to get away for a couple of hours or days, Lake Leatherwood City Park is waiting for you!
