We are not a traditional RV park. We only have 2 parking spots and can't accommodate anything larger than 40' with a total length of 62'. The "park" is located in front of a small candle business in a small rural neighborhood. That means there are a few houses around where your RV will be parked. It's quiet but, there are dogs in the neighborhood and two that live on the property. Pets are welcome we just ask that they are kept on a leash.

The park is located just 10 minutes from Arkansas Elite Welding Academy in a quiet country setting.  I am Jake Odom and I am the owner of the park.  I am also the student advisor at the school.  I live on the premises and can assist you with any needs you may have.  The park only houses AEWA students, no locals or long term tenants.  Back in sites only 30/50/120 power on all sites.  Water, electric, sewer and trash service included.  No pets allowed.  If you rent a camper you will need to bring linens (full), utensils, cookware. Bring a grill for cooking out. Max camper length 32'.  

There is so much to do here in the Ozarks. Mountain biking, hiking, boating, fishing, playing and listening to music, especially traditional folk music, and sightseeing in the Ozark National Forest just to name a few.

Historic Lake Leatherwood City Park has been a Eureka Springs recreation landmark for many decades. Created during the WPA era by Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC), the 1,610 acre park continues to serve as the city's premier outdoor recreational resource. The spring fed no wake lake's 80ft tall limestone faced dam is the hallmark CCC remnant along with many other stone features still in service. The park provides many recreational opportunities with camping, cabins and RV sites, boating, handicapped kayak and canoe launch, fishing, shower house, boat dock/marina, swimming, playground and over 25 miles of hiking and biking trails. Whether you need to get away for a couple of hours or days, Lake Leatherwood City Park is waiting for you!

You can walk to restaurants, and enjoy a good meal, before settling in to listen to our local artists. 1-1/2 blocks off the Courthouse Square and 3/4 mile from Ozark Folk Center State Park. The Downtown Riverside RV Park is located in downtown North Little Rock across from the Clinton Presidential Center and Park.rv1 It is the only RV park located on the bank of the Arkansas River in downtown. The park can accommodate 61 RVs with water, 50 amp electricty and sewer. A dump station is also available. A gated facility with on-site management. Tent camping is not allowed. Reservations are suggested.
