The park is located just 10 minutes from Arkansas Elite Welding Academy in a quiet country setting.  I am Jake Odom and I am the owner of the park.  I am also the student advisor at the school.  I live on the premises and can assist you with any needs you may have.  The park only houses AEWA students, no locals or long term tenants.  Back in sites only 30/50/120 power on all sites.  Water, electric, sewer and trash service included.  No pets allowed.  If you rent a camper you will need to bring linens (full), utensils, cookware. Bring a grill for cooking out. Max camper length 32'.  

We will be open exclusively for the solar eclipse event from April 4th to April 9th, 2024. During this period, our facilities will be dedicated to accommodating guests for the purpose of observing totality (4 min. 11 sec.) during the eclipse.

Campers can look forward to a gorgeous natural setting with beautiful views, fresh air, and clear skies. With so much space, there's plenty of opportunities for nature walking, biking, exploring, picnicking, sunset viewing and stargazing. Historic Lake Leatherwood City Park has been a Eureka Springs recreation landmark for many decades. Created during the WPA era by Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC), the 1,610 acre park continues to serve as the city's premier outdoor recreational resource. The spring fed no wake lake's 80ft tall limestone faced dam is the hallmark CCC remnant along with many other stone features still in service. The park provides many recreational opportunities with camping, cabins and RV sites, boating, handicapped kayak and canoe launch, fishing, shower house, boat dock/marina, swimming, playground and over 25 miles of hiking and biking trails. Whether you need to get away for a couple of hours or days, Lake Leatherwood City Park is waiting for you!

Courthouse square is where you can relax and listen to musicians most nights. You can walk to restaurants, and enjoy a good meal, before settling in to listen to our local artists. 1-1/2 blocks off the Courthouse Square and 3/4 mile from Ozark Folk Center State Park. Lots of 50/30 amps level graveled sites. All sites full service with cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities, clubhouse, club kitchen available at the park.
