We are a full-service RV resort with a wide range of experience. We want you to feel at home in our community and we are building and improving everyday to make your vacation, Summer stay or year round residency rewarding, relaxing and fun! We have so much fun and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings in the State of Arizona. Most RV resorts in the area are closed for winter but we are open year round and have tenants who stay all through the year. Of course, we also love our seasonal and short term guests and their contribution to our community. We are not right on the highway so we enjoy the sounds and sights of nature rather than the sounds of traffic. That makes us a little harder to find but if you ask us, we wouldn't have it any other way! We are tucked back in the pines with wildlife and natural beauty. We enjoy the changing of the seasons and all of the colors and divine beauty that those changes bring. We have laundry facilities and Public showers and we also have a clubhouse with cable TV, billiards and other perks for guests and residents. Our clubhouse also serves as a meeting place for the many activities that are offered for anyone who wants to join us. Also, we have added a dedicated high speed internet connection that is being tested and perfected as we speak. It is available now for residents and guests and it is fast and reliable enough to keep you in touch while you're enjoying the peace and quiet. We've tried to think of everything but we know that there is always room for improvement. That's why we are always looking for ways to make our park better and to keep things modern, convenient and comfortable without interfering with the natural beauty of our surroundings. We know that's what brings most folks up this way and we can't help but appreciate the pines, wildlife and majestic beauty that we are so lucky to experience at our 6,500 foot elevation.  

The Oxbow RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Payson, Arizona, and is a great camping spot for outdoor enthusiasts. The park is bordered by the Tonto National Forest and is known for it spectacular scenic views, wildlife and sunsets. Campers can also look forward to hiking, ATV tours and mountain biking.  Just minutes from the campground is also a number of restaurants, local attractions, and shopping.

M & M Budget RV Park is located near Tempe in Mesa, Arizona, and is a popular spot for relaxing as well as enjoying the beautiful southwestern terrain. Visitors can enjoy nearby activities such as hiking, swimming, and scenic viewing with the desert vistas and small peaks stretching for miles in every direction. The campground is close to Tempe  and a number of outdoor attractions like the Big Surf wave pool, Papago Park, Tempe Town Lake, Kiwanis Lake. Among these lakes is plenty of space for paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. And of course, many head down there for boating. If you're on a lake, be sure to hang around at dusk to catch one of those iconic Arizona sunsets. Campsite amenities offered include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a playground, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills, 100 gravel-padded sites, full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly for RVs of up to 60 feet. The Route 66 RV Park is located in the cozy town of Sun Valley, Arizona and is a great place to relax and enjoy a quiet southwestern getaway. Aside from the peaceful atmosphere and sprawling desert vista, campers can look forward to nearby attractions like the historic mining town of Oatman and Lake Havasu is only 15 miles away. There, travelers can enjoy excellent fishing, boating, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking. The Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon National Park which is just a day's trip away, and excellent for site seeing, climbing, river rafting, hiking and biking. Many campers take mule rides around the canyon and always have a blast.

Flintstones Bedrock City is a themed RV park that features Fred Flintstone and all of his gang. The Phoenix Metro RV Park is an age 55 or older only RV Park in Phoenix, Arizona. It's located less than 20 miles north of downtown, just past the Desert's Edge RV Park. Though the park doesn't offer pull-though sites, it does boast a whopping 310 spacious back-in sites with full hookups. It can also accommodate vehicles up to 42 feet in length. Besides all of the fantastic attractions in nearby downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Metro RV Park is right by shopping malls, golf courses, and tons of restaurants. In fact, it's only two miles from the 18-hole 500 Golf Course. The campground itself provides plenty of amenities to keep you happy without leaving. Guests can indulge themselves at the swimming pool and spa as well as play games like billiards, horseshoe toss, and shuffleboard. What people love the most, though, are all the activities the park offers at its spacious clubhouse, including bingo, potlucks, and social hours, to name a few.

The Sharp Creek Campground is located in the beautiful town of Payson, Arizona. At an elevation of over 6,000 feet, campers can look forward to fresh air, great breezes and cool temperatures for hiking, biking and exploring. The historic Highline National Recreational Trail is nearby for challenging walking trails, and two lakes are close by and perfect for boating, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. The Desert’s Edge RV Park could not be placed in a more convenient location. The park is true to its name, located on a desert landscape north of Phoenix, it's close to an abundance of desert trails while still being close to all of Phoenix's offerings. It provides guests with an impressive list of amenities, including a library, a fitness room, a basketball court, a pet-grooming station, and a game room for weekly held game nights. Desert's Edge is happy to welcome ALL types and sizes of vehicles, allowing for especially large RVs to use double lots. The staff there will always work with you to meet your needs as best they can. Pets are welcome and even encouraged, as the park has a 5,000 square foot off-least dog park. On top of that, the registration office always has free doggy treats for your little pup and offers a pet grooming area, as well.
