At Overgaard RV Resort, our goal is to not only to be your favorite place to escape the heat and the hustle of the big city, but to make the process easy and enjoyable for you. We are a full-service RV resort with a wide range of experience. We want you to feel at home in our community and we are building and improving everyday to make your vacation, Summer stay or year round residency rewarding, relaxing and fun! We take pride in our community and want you to be as proud to call it home as we are, even if you just stay a weekend. We have so much fun and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings in the State of Arizona. Most RV resorts in the area are closed for winter but we are open year round and have tenants who stay all through the year. Of course, we also love our seasonal and short term guests and their contribution to our community. We are not right on the highway so we enjoy the sounds and sights of nature rather than the sounds of traffic. That makes us a little harder to find but if you ask us, we wouldn't have it any other way! We are tucked back in the pines with wildlife and natural beauty. We enjoy the changing of the seasons and all of the colors and divine beauty that those changes bring. We have laundry facilities and Public showers and we also have a clubhouse with cable TV, billiards and other perks for guests and residents. Our clubhouse also serves as a meeting place for the many activities that are offered for anyone who wants to join us. Also, we have added a dedicated high speed internet connection that is being tested and perfected as we speak. It is available now for residents and guests and it is fast and reliable enough to keep you in touch while you're enjoying the peace and quiet. We've tried to think of everything but we know that there is always room for improvement. That's why we are always looking for ways to make our park better and to keep things modern, convenient and comfortable without interfering with the natural beauty of our surroundings. We know that's what brings most folks up this way and we can't help but appreciate the pines, wildlife and majestic beauty that we are so lucky to experience at our 6,500 foot elevation.  

The Lo Lo Mai Springs Campground is located along the banks of the peaceful and breathtaking Oak Creek, among overhanging cottonwood trees and artesian trees. Campers can look forward to a quiet oasis that's also bustling with activities; visitors can expect hiking and biking around the campground, visiting the nearby towns like Sedona or Flagstaff, rafting down the creek, fishing or swimming. There's also local treasures nearby like the Javelina Ridge Winery, the Grand Canyon, Northern Arizona Indian Ruins, Montezuma's Well and Castle and the historic city of Jerome. The Page Springs Resort is located in Cornville, Arizona, sitting on the banks of the beautiful Oak Creek. Campers can hideout among the cottonwood trees and artesian trees to fish, swim or have a quiet picnic right by the waterside. There's plenty of space around this campground for hiking and exploring, as well as horseshoes and a playground for the kids. At the campsite are various activities including bingo, potlucks, seasonal camper breakfasts, arts and crafts and ice cream socials. For visitors hoping to enjoy the wider area around the park, Jerome Ghost Town, the town of Sedona, Tuzigoot Indian Ruins, Montezuma Castle and shopping spots are nearby. The Desert Cypress RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the cozy town of Wickenburg and is a great place for an authentic Arizona getaway. Campers can look forward to wide-open spaces for hiking, exploring and biking, as well as clear skies for sunset viewing and star-gazing. Onsite, travelers can enjoy activities like shuffleboard, billiards, games in the game room, a pool for relaxing and even a fitness area. The Sharp Creek Campground is located in the beautiful town of Payson, Arizona. At an elevation of over 6,000 feet, campers can look forward to fresh air, great breezes and cool temperatures for hiking, biking and exploring. The historic Highline National Recreational Trail is nearby for challenging walking trails, and two lakes are close by and perfect for boating, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. With pondersoa pine surrounding the grounds, campers can look forward beautiful scenes, birding, creek access and plenty of space for stargazing. Nature-lovers welcome!

The Cordes Junction Motel and RV Park is located in Cordes Junction, Arizona and is a popular spot for campers who are passing through, or looking for an authentic taste of the southwest. Next to the campground is the 50's diner Backseat Bar that's a mainstay among locals of real Arizona cooking, and excellent meal specials. The Cataline Campground is located in the beautiful town of Catalina, Arizona. The park is known for its scenic natural environment, with large desert plains and mountain ranges in the background. There's also over 100 trails for hiking, ATV riding and biking, so campers can look forward to enjoying the natural terrain without restraint. There's also educational programs for campers to learn about geo-coaching, fishing, pitching tents, cooking outside, archery and mountain biking. The park foundation also hosts star parties where campers can be guided through stargazing to identify celestial bodies. The Kartchner Caverns is another popular sight. With plenty to do at this campground, it's no wonder thousands head there each year!

The South Forty RV Ranch is located in the beautiful and historic town of Tucson and is a great spot for an authentic Arizona vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of excellent local attractions such as the Arizona/Sonoran Desert Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum, San Xavier del Bac, Arizona History Museum and the Museum of Art. The Mormon Lake Lodge Campground is located at Mormon Lake, Arizona and is a great spot for water sports and relaxing. Campers can look forward to breathtaking sunset at the lake and scenic views of the surrounding landscape; stargazing is especially popular at the Mormon Lake Lodge. The water sport enthusiast can look forward to boating, paddle boarding, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. There's several places visitors can use for short hikes, and many bring their cameras to capture the farmlands that surround the campground. For sports enthusiasts, there are major spring training leagues nearby, as well as golf courses. Phoenix and Tucson are a short drive away, so campers can enjoy the casinos, galleries, museums, theater productions and excellent dining options the two cities are known for.
