For the winter sports enthusiast, this is a great campground for snow shoeing, sledding and cross country skiing. 

The Kaibab National Forest Campground is located in the beautiful and cozy town of Williams and is a perfect spot for an authentic Arizona vacation. Campers can look forward to fair weather and cool temperatures at an elevation of over 6,800 feet and activities on the lake like fishing, boating, swimming, canoeing and kayaking. After a long morning fishing, many travelers head out to the popular Bearizona Wildlife Park. Many thrill-seekers head out to the Historic Route 66 Zipline adventure or go hiking at the Great Western Trail and Bill Williams Mountain. For the winter-enthusiasts, the Elk Ridge Ski Area is a great spot for sledding, snowshoeing and skiing, or just laying on top of one of the peaks for some stellar stargazing. 

The Interstate 40 Grand Canyon RV Park is located in the quaint city of Ash Fork, Arizona, and is popular because of its close proximity to all of the major attractions in the Grand Canyon area. Right on Route 66, the campsite holds historic significance and is also near Johnson Creek. Williams, Flagstaff and Sedona are not too far from this campground, and the latter is known for excellent restaurants and shopping. This quiet park is known for its friendly, helpful staff and clean sites, so be sure to stop by.

The Happy Jack Lodge and RV Park is located in the town of Happy Jack, Arizona and is home to a number of great attractions. Campers can look forward to one of the many hiking trails around the park of fishing at the nearby lakes for trout, bass, perch, pike, blue gill and catfish. Winter sports are also popular at this campground, so be sure to bring your gear to enjoy snow shoeing, sledding and cross country skiing. The town of Flagstaff is nearby for campers searching an urban adventure. There, visitors can look forward to excellent restaurants, museums, art galleries, theaters and historical sites. Nestled under the majestic Ponderosa Pines of the Coconino National Forest is Clint's Well Resort. This mountain getaway features wildlife right on the grounds of the resort and nearby lakes for water sports. Rolling terrain, mountains, forests, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Mogollon Rim are only some of the attractions to be found in the Coconino National Forest. Only a hike away, you can also view the Grand Canyon from this vantage point. A short drive to the west of the resort is the Montezuma Castle National Monument and the ruins of an early cliff dwelling. Onsite activities include: a clubhouse, seasonal camper breakfasts, crafts, bingo, board games and potlucks, so you can look forward to that as well!  

The Texaco Hillside RV Campground is located in the beautiful town of Ash Fork, Arizona, and is perfect for a quiet, overnight stay while passing through. There are a few notable attractions near this campground, including the Ash Fork Route 66 Museum and several local eateries. The staff are friendly and helpful, so if you need anything, be sure to ask them!

The Prescott National Forest is made up of about 1.25 million acres and borders three other National Forests in Arizona: Kaibab, Coconino and Tonto. As a result, campers can look forward to plenty of space for exploring and breathtaking views for scenic viewing and photography. Half of the Forest lies east of Prescott and takes in the Black Hills, Mingus Mountain, Black Mesa and the headwaters of the Verde River and enjoys a Sonoran Desert landscape and warm atmosphere. And above the desert plateaus, Ponderosa pine dominates the landscape. Travelers can look forward to plenty of great activities at the park, including: white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, aerial tours, ATV tours and wide open skies for sunset viewing and stargazing. There is Wifi and access to a his and hers bathrooms, but no showers just yet. Our FHU sites, are sites 1 thru 44, and they include Electric, Water, Sewer and Wifi. If you book your stay for 30 days and over, we require a 100-dollar deposit for the metered electric. They are $38.00 a night. Please check with us on availability as we have a lot of monthly guests! We do try to keep 1 thru 8 available for short time stays. Upon arrival we will assign your space, there is no way to reserve a specific spot online. We do accept, Rover-pass, Passport America, and do give a 10% discount for our military and veterans. No combining them together though. We have two showers open in your bathhouse. Three are still under construction. Take It Easy RV Park is OPEN and taking reservations.  The owner of Take It Easy RV Park, Mike, is working hard to update the park and make it a safe and peaceful place for you to stay. We feature 44 pull- thru sites available with full 50 amp, and 30 amp sites along with dry camping and tent sites for those seeking more traditional camping. The Dazzo's Restaurant & RV Park is located in the beautiful and cozy town of Wikieup and is a perfect spot for a quiet southwestern vacation. Campers can look forward to prospecting, horseback riding, ATV touring, hiking, biking, hunting and nature walking. Travelers can also take day trips to nearby attractions like the historical and cultural city of Laughlin which is filled with lakes, parks, restaurants and museums. The nearby hot springs or Burro Creek is also well-known, and the Grand Canyon Skywalk is only 2 hours away. Plus, the RV Park is a short drive to the Colorado River for excellent fishing, river rafting, canoeing, boating and kayaking.
