Our park is located on high ground to stay dry and we have great gravel sites with grassy areas.   Amenities & Activities The park features: pull-thru sites, big rig access, tent camping, electrical hook-ups, water and sewer access, and pets are allowed. For your enjoyment we have fishing in our pond and a playground for the kids. There’s also the Bank of Evergreen and Bass Pond.   Feel cool under the shade of our huge trees and our clubhouse. We are conveniently located in Theodore, AL just off I-10. Our park offers 160 spaces spread out over approximately 20 acres. It's nestled among 100 year old hardwoods that provide plenty of shade and foliage. We also have a lake for fishing with a small beach area for swimming.   Amenities & Activities The resort features amenities such as: an on-site restaurant, showers and restrooms, free WIFI, cable, lakeside cabins, propane filling station, laundry facilities, big-rig access, handicap access, a playground, and Dump Station.
