Conveniently located between Riverside, TX. and Trinity, TX. on State Hwy 19. The campground offers 37 full hook-up RV sites with both 30 and 50-amp electric service at every site. There are 2 brand new waterfront rental cabins with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. There are also 10 primitive tent camping sites, half of which are conveniently located on a peninsula between the river and our 2-acre private pond with the remaining positioned along the river adjacent to an adjacent oxbow. Other onsite amenities include concrete boat ramp, fishing pier, & washateria  

The Sunset Cove Marina is located in the beautiful town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just beyond the campground is a number of other attractions including: Pioneer Village, the Pearce Museum, Angelita Vineyard and Winery, Navarro Mills Lake, Canterbury Court Antiques, Corsicana Field Aviation Heritage Foundation Museum and fishing charters and tours. The area is also filled with excellent historic sites and great, local eateries. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!

Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area. COMING SOON -a large 5 acre swimming pond with a sand beach, rope swing, double decker jump deck, zip line and a natural water slide.
