The Cooks Ferry Campground is located in the beautiful town of Fairfield, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Onsite, travelers can expect a breathtaking natural scenery with plenty of space on the water for fishing, canoeing and kayaking, as well as space on land for hiking, biking, OHC riding and horseback riding. For nature enthusiasts, there's a ton of great activities just beyond the campground. Some camper favorites include: the Fairfield Lake State Park, The BigWoods On the Trinity, Fort Parker State Park and the Purtis Creek State Park.
