If you like large, beautiful trees and wide-open green space, you will love Waco RV Park. Cradled in its own pocket of undisturbed Texas landscape, with Shaw Creek circling its border, it offers the rare combination of country and convenience. We are a casual, inviting slice of nature all with full hookups for both 30 and 50 amps. We are a small family-owned park. We host daily, short-term and longer-term campers. We are not fancy and don’t have some of the amenities that the big parks have, but if you want to enjoy your time here, you will. If you want a place to stay where you can view the Texas stars that shine so bright, this is the place!  From here it is only 8.8 miles and 13 minutes to the Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco; 7.3 miles and 8 minutes to McLane Stadium; and 7.9 miles and 10 minutes from Baylor University campus. The beautiful sunset you see is at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, less than 4 miles away. Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity. The Lake Waco Marina RV Campground is located in the beautiful, bustling town of Waco and is a great spot for a fun Texas adventure. Campers can look forward to plenty of wide open space for picnicking, sunset viewing, stargazing, boating and fishing. Plus, just a short drive from the campground are supply stores, gas station and small town eateries like the Slippery Minnow Grill. Parrie Haynes Ranch Equestrian Center is settled along the Lampasas River on about 1600 acres of Hill Country terrain. West Fort Hood borders our northern side. The acreage is teeming with natural wildlife and native plants with trails that wind through rolling native prairies, pastures, cedar/oak trees, and crystal clear streams. The Priddy Cabin was built here in 1859. Other homes were scattered across the ranch and have only foundations remaining. Please be careful and respect our heritage. Visit the Parrie Haynes Ranch Museum in the Clubhouse (not big but a labor of love for our history). Families welcome! A full service campground located in Central Texas. The main camp is about 24 acres out of 1600.  Currently, there are 40 complete sites with 30 & 50 amp electricity, water, and pens at individual sites! We have 86 pens and a few corrals. There is a half size arena, round pen, and a fun obstacle course for you and your equine to enjoy. The footing is a combination of sand, caleche, and rock.  My mule is not shod but if your animal is not used to this terrain, I would advise shoes or boots. Keeping Texas Trails open for Equestrians, Hikers, Trail-Runners, and Mountain Bikers.

This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living. We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Picnic areas, grills & firepits also available.  Come for the day or come to stay we would love to have you!

Amazing recreational getaway with 1.5 miles of clean sandy beaches on the Brazos River. Great fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, water sports and just about anything else outdoors. This remote Texas resort sits on 100 acres of quiet scenic countryside with lots of room to spread out, enjoy nature and get close to wildlife. All of our campsites are huge riverfront sites and are about 100' wide by 200' deep. Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from a deep well, clean restrooms and camper dump station are located on premises. We are pet friendly providing your pet is friendly. For tent camping, we are open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights of each week, starting from March 2, 2023, through November 19, 2023. Our schedule extends further during the major holidays and spring break.
