Past tenat here . .For MONTHES They have FECAL matter in thee well ( & well till they BLEACH TREAT/SOAK/FLUSH BOTH WELLS & THEE WHOLE SYSTEM. @ LEAST TWICE. . . !!!)shut offs of water w/ no notice ( sometime for days), sewage back-ups & open holes, Electrical Short-outs Winter or Summer, Not wanted ,but pets r only tolerated, druggies & Thiefs roam in & out (Creep in through from Levee area . A past Manager of there (Thom Martin) lied saying they had a safe in thee Office & allowed me to store a cash card in it , but THEY NEVER HAD ONE . ???!!!) SO I, Myself was embezzled of over $4000.00 & an RV $3000.00 which had been purchased from a fellow tenant Gerrie , but NEVER delivered. . I think the park is in poor condition and needs maintenance, but there is also a REAL concern with Max and Connie. Both live on the F row. They are always complaining, calling the cops, giving other tenants problems, giving management a hard time along with compulsive lieing on tenants just to get them kicked out. They think they rule and run the park. Its observed. I wouldn't trust either of them because they are haters. I wouldn't trust them with a potato gun. Instead of trying to help the park with good upkeep, they do the exact opposite because they want the park to fail. And last but not least KEEP your kids away from them.

The park is older, but has all the things the more expensive parks have. Hot tub, pool, shuffle board, pool tables, wifi, laundry, rec hall, public washrooms, and lots of community events. The park mgr Thom is very helpful and goes out of his way to help you.. we have been going there for 3 years and really enjoyed it.

This place is a dump, the bathrooms and showers are gross, the pool has really been neglected, the roads are tore up and full of gravel and the manger; Tom is rude and not helpful at all! Loud teenagers running around late at night and the manager does nothing about it! STAY AWAY!! stayed 11/19

I can't believe the things people say here about this park! We've been going there every year for 5 years. Yes it did have some bad management after the first older lady quit. But Thom has been great and is anything but lazy. He aims to please his clients. He may have had a bad past I have no idea if that's even true? He doesn't display any such behaviour and we are there with our daughter. He is definitely very helpful and does all he can to help the people staying in the park! Washrooms are great! I have never seen them dirty. ( And I am picky) they are much better than any other place at the same price! If there's any issue in the park. Thom gets to it as soon as he possibly can!

We happened to enjoy our six month stay unlike others that stayed for short periods. Things were a bit screwed up when we arrived Sept 2018 but Rosa had just marched thru and cleanup was still going on. The place was in good shape when the winter crowd arrived. I will be back again this year and many more after that. I don't know where all this ripping off stuff comes from but I can say that this is the best buy for your buck in Yuma.

People are friendly (but no one defends the poor condition of this park) and pool is refreshing. That said- owner and management very poor/uncaring. Nonexistent maintenance- women's main bathroom light and exhaust fan not working for at least two months, bathroom smells. Men's bathroom fans not working, showers and floor filthy, empty soap dispensers. The person responsible for cleaning the bathrooms does a very poor job. Lots of easily fixable eyesores such as the park entry, west fence(barely standing), water system building dilapidated, old weathered signs, sloppy painting, weeds everywhere, park roads in poor condition, office area totally trashed, … Thom, the manager, is grumpy and defensive. Gives lip service, excuses, and broken promises.

We stumbled upon this site as we were passing through and needed a lace to crash. We ended up showing up after hours but the staff were so nice and understanding they helped us quickly into a site. The sites were really nicely paved and had enough room for my big rig and room to move! The amenities were nice and I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the activities. I read what they had and it sounded very nice! A great way to get the kids to run out their energy! Everything was so well maintained and everything was tidy and clean. Overall this was a very relaxing place to stay and I hope next time it won’t be for a night but longer. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
