Overview
The Woodward Campground and RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Woodward, and is a great spot to enjoy an authentic Oklahoma vacation. Visitors can enjoy onsite activities such as nature walking, biking and wildlife viewing. The campground is close to a number of excellent attractions, with something for every type of camper to enjoy. Campers can also take short trips to places like the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, Lake Lawtonka for great water sports, Trans-America and Great Plains Trails and the Harper County Fairgrounds. The area is also known for the Selman Bat Caves, dark skies for stargazing, a wide open landscape, beautiful canyons and the Doby Springs Golf Course. Quiet RV park but road going in is needing to be graded, very washed out in areas and uneven. Water spickets underground full of bags of foam or soaking in water and garbage. Lots of goat horns so careful with your pets and kids.

Lovely, quiet park. Confusing about check in procedures, but a phone call cleared it up. During our stay, we saw nearly no one during our time there. Level spots, grass and trees, some spots had cement pads. Reasonable nightly rate, we'd stay here again if we were in the area.
