3M off of I-29 just south of Sioux City is the WinnaVegas Casino. There are 14 electric only sites at the edge of the parking lot. No grass, just a parking area but for a stop over this is a nice quiet place. We had to walk to the casino and register at the cashiers cage but it was only $15 per night.
