William Kent Campground

The campground is near Lake Tahoe which is great because we always like a body of water where we camp.We spent a lot of time boating and fishing, which is so relaxing at this particular camp because there's never a lot of noise. It was also nice because they had a grill at our site so we were able to scale and clean the fish and grill them that evening for dinner. We actually water skied which was more fun than I expected. My family and I had never done that before, and we spent several hours with the rentals having a blast! I'd highly recommend it. There were over a dozen campsites with RV hookups, or just bare ones, and amenities were pretty sweet, nothing more than expected though. There were clean toilets, water, a dump station, and laundry facilities were pretty close by. Not too far from the camp site were bike rentals and a few nice restaurants which were all super nice! I will say that this site benefits a lot from the natural environment; it has a really peaceful vibe here that we all appreciated, and we especially loved the thousands of beautiful trees around the lake.
