Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. Our business office is open Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm. The clubhouse, pool and spa are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult everywhere on the property. Bicycles are prohibited after dark. Everyone using the pool must sign a waiver. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No running on pool deck or jumping/diving into the pool. This is a shallow sports pool that is 3.5 to 5 feet deep as marked. Please help us keep the Resort clean and neat by keeping your site looking sharp. Window air conditioners and clothes lines are prohibited. DO NOT leave trash out overnight. Put cigarette butts, cans, etc. in a suitable container, not on the ground. Please refrain from using profane or disrespectful language anywhere on our property. Please connect your sewer hose to our connection with a water proof/air tight seal of some type. See a staff member if you have any questions about this. Absolutely no firearms or other weapons are allowed to be displayed or used anywhere on the property! We do not allow concealed carry of weapons on the property. The campground allows campfires (weather permitting) but they must be small and contained within a fire ring that is covered by a grate or screen to help prevent hot sparks from escaping. Camp fires may not be left unattended!
Annual guests may wash their RV twice a year or once per season for seasonal guests to conserve water. Guests staying less than 4 months may not wash their rigs on-site, and all guests must avoid water to run off of your site while watering flowers or grass. Please water only before 10 am and after 6 pm. Please use “septic safe” toilet paper only. Do not pour any type of chemical down the drain and do not use bleach! Please notify the office as soon as possible, if you suspect there may be a problem with one of the septic tanks. Please obtain written permission from the Manager before attempting any site improvements including adding sheds, canopies, satellite dishes, etc. Failure to do so may result in the material being removed at your expense. Management will normally allow you to sell your unit on-site, however you must check with the Manger before offering it for sale. You are required to sign paperwork at the office. We do not allow sub-letting of your site or renting of your RV. The dumpsters are for bagged household trash only. We do not allow dumping anywhere on the property. Do not leave large items at the dumpsters. All adults, guests, venders and visitors are required to register with the office, and all buildings are NO SMOKING areas.
The speed limit anywhere on the property to 5 MPH! Only self-contained recreational vehicles will be allowed. We do not allow tent camping. Please do not park extra trailers, cars, trucks, RVs, boats, etc. on the grass. Only one RV per site unless previously authorized in writing by the manager. Do not place any vehicle, RV, trailer, or boat in any unassigned area without specific permission from the Manager. Our overflow parking areas are for short term parking of cars or trucks only. Vehicle Repair on-site is prohibited and oil changes are not allowed. Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers and must have headlights to be driven after dark. All vehicles must be registered with the office. For safety and insurance reasons, no ATVs or dirt bikes are allowed to be operated anywhere on the property. One RV and one motor vehicle per site; all others must be in storage or other overflow parking.
Must cancel before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. 48 hours cancellation notice is required for daily stays and 30 days cancellation notice for weekly and monthly stays.
Please keep the park clean - all pet waste must be picked up and properly discarded immediately. Service dogs are welcomed (leash and aggressive behavior rules apply). We allow a maximum of 2 pets per RV. Good behavior is required: dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and pets should not be allowed to enter other campers' sites. Constant barking/noise bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. And remember, Pets love company! So please do not leave them unattended. We are no longer allowed to accept Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
