We have accommodations for everyone from comfy motel rooms and cabins to camping accommodations (RV sites, camping cabins, & yurts). Whitetail Creek runs the length of the property! Centrally located for all kinds of entertainment: Whether you are here to ride off-road, cruise the canyon, gamble or take in dinner and music in Deadwood, or tour the “Southern Hills”, WCR is the place to stay for easy access to all. “Come Stay at the Creek!”

RV Site 30 Amp Back in

This RV site can accommodate any length RV. All sites are back-in toward the creek. We are at about 5500' elevation so our evenings are usually in the high 50's to low 60s (sweatshirt weather). Propane fire pits are allowed. Anymore than 1 dog has to be approved at time of reservation. Owners are responsible for keeping dogs on a leash at all times and must pick up after their dog or risk immediate cancellation of reservation. Picnic Table.

Pet Policy

Whitetail Creek Resort is a “Pet-Free” property, except for RV sites (maximum 1 dog)

Cancellation Policy/Direct Reservations

If a reservation is canceled 72 hours (3 days prior to midnight) prior to the reservation date (not check-in time), the guest will not be held responsible for the rest of the reservation cost. Cancellations occurring inside of 72 hours of the reservation date will result in payment for 100% of the reservation costs. The cancellation policy for group events is 7 days. All reservations for the Sturgis Rally time period require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 100% of the reservation must be paid by May 1st of the current Rally year and is non-refundable for any reason. If a reservation is made after May 1st, 100% of the reservation cost will be due immediately and is non-refundable.

Check-in time: After 3:00 and before 9:00 (unless approval for late check-in) Check-out: By 10:00 (Late charges apply)

Tobacco, vaping, marijuana use

It is against our policy to use any of these substances in any of our accommodations. If a guest uses any of these products in a room or if an accommodation smells like any of these products, the guest will be charged a $150 fee to “rest” the room. We can not sell a room to guests that smell of these products.
