A very nice place in the middle of the dessert. We were there in May, so the place was quiet. Snowbirders will arrive later in the year. The property is well maintained. The people we met were very nice. Plenty of walking areas for our dogs and us. Entrance to Joshua Tree Cottonwood Entrance is about 30 miles away. Palms Springs a little more than an hour to 1.5 hrs. We didn't use the pool while there. Groceries and other shopping is at least an hour away.

This was a wonderful stop on our journey through CA. Very close to Joshua Tree and Patton Museum. They have a pool, hot tub and golf course-all well maintained. The service staff are great and the community was beautiful.

Excellent stay as an overnight camper. Quiet rv park with very friendly host Catherine. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.
