I've been going to Woodward Reservoir almost every summer since I was a kid, and it holds so much more excitement to me now as an adult. Obviously for kids there's so much to do, and what kid doesn't love the water activities like fishing and water skiing? Even now, I let my nieces and nephews go crazy for those, and they have a blast each time. Now that I'm a little older, I thoroughly enjoy the campsites and the amenities at each. I've been to one at T-Island and one at Hackberry Flat and both have had picnic and barbecue areas, and even fish cleaning stations. The facilities are clean and pretty modern and I've never had an issue with anything there.
