No trailers manufactured prior to model year 2000 will be accepted unless first approved by management.
Refund Policy
WE DO NOT refund for inclement weather. FULL REFUND if you cancel at least 7 days before your booking date. Weekend charge (2 nights) if you cancel within 7 days of your reservation. No refund allowed if cancelling 24 hours before arrival. No refund for early departure. No refund for “no show.”

My family had a very lovely time here! The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and very friendly! There were a great array of sites to choose from that had all the amenities we could need! There were a few activities to do that looked like fun but we didn’t partake in them as we just wanted a nice quiet place to relax for the night. The location was beautiful as it was easy to find and there was a lot of great places nearby that was only a short drive away.
