Terms and Conditions 1 Water Canyon RV Park is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible, financial or otherwise, for accident or injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. Please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations 1 day are fully refundable. Less than 1 day will be charged full price. Excessive drinking and profane language will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Pet owners assume full responsibility, financial or otherwise, for all injuries and/or damage caused by their pet. Cleaning up after pet is owners’ responsibility. Guests will assume financial responsibility for any and all damages they cause. All guests agree to read and comply with all Water Canyon RV Parks Rules and Regulations. Upon signing this registration form, I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Rules and Regulations, agree to follow them and hold Water Canyon RV Park harmless of any and all accidents, injuries, losses, and damages of any sort or kind, even death. Terms and Conditions Cancellations: Cancellations 1 day are fully refundable. Less than 1 day will be charged full price. Minimum stay: A 1-night minimum stay required. I agree to read and comply with Water Canyon RV Park rules. In accepting camping privileges, I release the RV Park and employees of any and all liability arising from my/our use of these facilities; this includes, but is not limited to, injury, accidents, damages, legalities, and/or any other mishaps. Site Selection Disclaimer RV Site fees are a 30/50 amp service, 4-person occupancy. While every effort is made to accommodate site selection, we reserve the right to reassign sites if the situation should warrant.
