Washington County Fairgrounds
Overview
The Washington County Fairgrounds is located in the town of Brenham, Texas and is a great spot for a cozy southern getaway. Campers can look forward to the county fair with its long list of excellent events and great entertainment. From authentic rodeos to livestock shows, concerts and games, to special events, there's something for every type of camper to enjoy. There's also an event calendar filled with activities like wine events, beauty contests and barbecue cook-offs. Amenities at the park include: big rig access, sewerage, 30/50 amp sites and restrooms. This is a very small, quaint, and wonderful campground. There are literally only 4 sites that are down a long narrow road. So no big rigs or anything too fancy that can go this way, yet that’s not what this place is about. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The sites are very clean and have all the amenities we needed for the basics. There weren’t a lot of activities to do here either, but we weren’t looking for a lot of things to do. We just wanted a small hidden gem to relax as a family and spend quality time together. This is perfect for that.
