I've been living in this park for over a year. It's close to everything that one could want. They have long term and short term. It's a small park. The owner is fantastic as well as the people they have working there... The laundry area, bathrooms, showers are great. They have a little library down in the basement of the house on the property. They have a nice little area to walk the dogs... All in all it's a great place to stay if you need a little park to stay in for a day or 2. It's close to downtown and the Plaza, Sprint Center, Crown Center, etc...All the sites are FHU, the sites are pretty level. Gravel lots. No grass except in the back where you walk the dogs.. There's lots of trees. Free Wi-Fi that's not super strong in certain parts of the park. Free coffee in the mornings. Has a TV area up in the office for people to come sit and watch TV if they don't have one in their unit. Nightly rates run from $37 to $50 a night. They accept Good Sam and Military Discounts (10%) Monthly's (The first month is $560 + Electric, every month after that is $525 + Electric.) - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
