Eve: I am sorry to see your recent review! Our park is a family-owned small park. Because of it's size we cannot afford employees so all maintenance and upkeep we do ourselves. Thus, all reservations are handled on line. Phone numbers are posted so you can talk to someone if you have questions or problems. Sorry, you saw spiders but it is in the country. Our marina is only partially floating at this time due to lake levels. Lake Brownwood is a great lake for fishing and water sports! But, we just need rain! Please pray for rain!. Please come back again and give us another try!

Lori: I am sorry to see your review that our park was not what you expected! We are a small family-owned park and we have now been in business for about three years. We have a small operating budget due to our size, but we are constantly trying to improve our park with upgrades. It will take time, but we will eventually get there. Our web site accurately describes our park, amenities, and activities and policies. I hope you will be more generous with your reviews of other parks you visit in the future! We all depend on them for future business!

Campground Response
Gladys: Thank you for your feedback! We are constantly trying to improve our facility. We are a small family-owned business with no employees. Having another camper hook up to two septic outlets is not acceptable and we will be more vigilant at watching for that. All of our sites and roads are now road base gravel. We have also added new park directional signs so people will not go down the wrong road when they miss our turn around street. Please pray for rain! Free fishing and boat slips for RV park residents!

Campground Response
James; We are sorry you were disappointed in our small family owed Park. We are not large enough to have staff but our phone number is posted various places on our sign and web site. We will gladly answer any questions. Yes, we do not have picnic tables at every site but they have been purchased and will be painted and distributed soon. It is obvious our boat ramp is closed due to Texas drought conditions. We hope we receive rain soon! You could have asked about lake conditions for your boat. Our marina is operational and you could have used it if you wished. We are honestly doing our best to treat properly if you will just keep the communication open! Picnic tables have now been added to all sites!
