An almost brand new park with many mature trees and lots of shade (once the leaves come on!), but all are trimmed high and back so hitting limbs is not a worry. Still some landscaping to be done, but it is good shape. Limited pull thru spots, but it is laid out well so that backing in a pretty easy. Nice level concrete pads and FHU (30 and 50 amp) in all spots. It is right along a highway with rumble strips, so there is some road noise. The on-site breakfast/burger joint operating hours are inconsistent, so we were not able to get a burger, as they were closed when we tried. No amenities such as a pool, bathhouse, showers, etc. but for the price you can't beat it.

This was the perfect place for eclipse viewing. Full hookups on pretty level pads. Also a good place for birders.
