Great campsite by the river. Nice quiet town with friendly people. Sites are clean and spacious. Bring your own firewood as the local gas station prices are a bit ridiculous. Easy to access I64. I would definitely stay here again.

overall it’s a nice rv park. the only issues I have is the voltage was intermittently low and then normal and the water pressure was a little lower than i like. great view of the river!!! we will be back.

A beautiful area, right on the river. No services, and it looks like the main building is being demolished. Full hookup worked ok. The fire ring had trash still in it, may enough that I didn't touch it. Good for a stop if you are visiting in the area, but not a good site to set up for a relaxing stay

Clean grass sites. No internet access, I was told they are working on trying to get that. Good antenna reception for TV.

Very quiet and beautiful campground. Sewer connection was to high and made it difficult to drain the tanks.

Very quiet and be campground. Would definitely stay here again.

Campsites are nothing like what are in the photos. Sewer connection was about 14 inches off ground that makes cleaning tanks hard. The grass needed to be cut and weeds on edge of bank to river managed.

The pictures of this campsite are not reflective of what the campground looks like now. The boat house has fallen in and there’s no way to get on the docks to fish. The grass was tall. The campsites are tight to get into with a large fifth wheel. The sewer drain didn’t even have a cap on it/no threads for us to screw our sewer hook ups into. We made do for a couple nights but would definitely not return.

Great RV park! Full hook ups, quiet and very well maintained. This used to be a party area, but the bar and boat repair/bait store closed down. It is open spaces, on the river and again quiet! My only negative would be that some of the spots are hard to discern but otherwise amazing location!!

We always enjoy camping here, it’s clean and quiet and love the full hookups, and the new bathrooms are a great addition

Nice relaxing place to Stay. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you are a boater or a fisherman or someone that just wants to sit next to the river and relax. Some sites might be a little tight for bigger rigs. I'm pulling a 35 ft fifth wheel with a F350 crew cab, 8 foot bed. I fit just fine!

Our site was clean and ready for us. We watched the Kaskaskia river from our campfire. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Plan to stay there again.

A very nice, quiet campground. Good for tents or campers.

This campground looks amazing!!!! With the new pavilion, picnic tables, fresh rock, full hook up, 50 amp service, new restrooms it is AWESOME!! The Kaskaskia River is steps away from your camper! Enjoy a half mile walk on the levee with a picturesque view! Have the kids bring their baseball, basketball, and rollerskates to enjoy the town park, on the other side of the levee. They even have a playground and a sandbox! Enjoy eating in town at Machetes Mexican, Bullpen restaurant and bar, and Village Pizza! Bring your golf cart or side by side too! Don't forget your boat! This campground is next to the boat ramp.

This is a truly hidden gem. I hope I'm not giving away my new favorite spot. Full hook ups, some pull throughs right on the bank of the Kaskaskia River.

This was an amazing, private campground right on the river. There is no management office, bath/shower house, or general store. There is nobody on site, but that's the way we LOVE to camp so it worked for us. They were even kind enough to leave our water on a little longer after the season had ended. It's really close to a city park and walking trail. We will be back, this campground is definitely a keeper for us.

Great functional campsite. wide spaces. If you are a big rig make sure and get one of the spots that you can pull through on the grass.

We tried multiple times to cancel our reservations but they were not cancelled. Rover pass site kept sending an error message each time. So sadly, we were charged for a stay that we did not attend.
