March 18 2020 . Had to head back to Canada a month early. Said they don't do refunds but with so many forced to leave early they would see what they could do. Put our file in a big pile of others also hoping to be reimbursed. Long story short , a year later (Feb 2021) we get a letter saying they are a small business that doesn't qualify for gov help. Sure are doing a lot of expanding for a small business.!! They gave us a $100 voucher towards next year. Doesn't even pay electricity. We paid $830 plus power times 4 months. If your not giving refunds then charge people monthly. !!! We have been going there for 3 years. Didn't even offer us a month free or even half price for one month... Of all the cheap rotten ways to treat people who put the money in your cheap pockets. Manager or owner would not call us back. They make the girls at the desk do there dirty work. Can you imagine the money they literally stole from people forced to leave early because of this pandemic, it was not our choice to go early !!!.... Shameful..

An adult only over 55 park. 90% park models with one small area for short stay RV. Very nice, clean, lots of activities and amenities. Our site was 1/2 concrete and 1/2 gravel/rock which made it a little rough walking on at times. FHU, cable but no wi-fi. Wide paved roads throughout park. This is not a pet friendly park. There is only one dog area which is a totally dirt fenced off area. This park is very large and it was a long walk to the dog area, which could be a problem! Then they lock this area before 6pm, so not sure where the poor dog is suppose to "go" then! Also, there is only one garbage dumpster for the whole complex. It was a long way from our site to take the trash each day. This park would probably be ok for those with no dogs, but we won't be back.
