Upper End Campground

The Upper End Campground is located in the Gila National Forest and is a great place to enjoy a peaceful and fulfilling southwestern adventure. Lose yourself among the challenging but beautiful mountain trails, and be sure to take in those spectacular New Mexico sunrises and sunsets, and go fishing or boating at the campsite ponds. Campers tent to gravitate toward mountain biking and horseback riding, but there's also plenty to do in Silver City. Enjoy great attractions like the Gila Cliff Dwellings Monument, Spirit of the Mountain Scenic Byway and the plethora of museums and art galleries near the historic old town. There's also a number of excellent eateries, so don't forget to explore the area's amazing culinary landscape.
