Twin Peaks Campground (NPS Campground)

10 Organ Pipe Dr Ajo, Ajo, AZ, 85321

The Twin Peaks Campground is located in the beautiful town of Lukeville, Arizona and is a popular spot for a rustic, outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to visiting Organ Pipe Cactus, and its various sites like Quiotbaquito Springs, the remains of the store at Victorian Mine and a number of other historic structures. While exploring on the hiking and biking trails, visitors may come across owls and various birds local to the area, other wildlife, or even a unique-looking cactus, perfect for a picture. Kids especially love this campground because of the various educational programs as well as the chance to become a junior park ranger.

There's aren't many amenities at this park, so campers tend to bring in everything they'll need for an excellent, distraction-free stay. See you soon!

Got there and stayed 2 1/2 months. For 2 months there was no running water in the Bath House. Had to go to the truck stop to shower. Wasn't informed of the option to get a room or to use VatsHats for the 1st two weeks. Was charged 360 usd for the 1st two weeks, then offered the VatsHats because we are veterans. Took them up on the offer of a room and kept our RV spot. Were not offered anything of what they offer the other Vets there. Then we had personal things come up in which we left for 6 days. Upon our return we went to get a room and they told us that because we are veterans who work that they now wanted close to 3,000 for 30 days there at 98.20/night. That is more than the Comfort Inn or the Best Western wanted from us with the discounts offered by the company that we are here to work for. If they are "here for the Vets", they have a poor way of showing it. I'm not mad that they wanted to charge, just upset that they wanted to charge more than my regular household bills and mortgage combined for a run down motel without any real good services. We had to beg to have our room cleaned, get toiletries, and to have the bed turned. We thankfully found another place for 500 per month and that place is up front about having to launder your room and provide your own basics.

Go on there site and see the false pictures. They are not on the water. Look at the pictures of the motel to do with the rooms they are not that nice. Research because it's all a lie.
