Pros- lots of open space. Plenty of spots to choose from, in the woods under the trees or in the clearing, with amble space for kiddos to run around. I was there for 3 months and there was never more than 4 rv's. Free washer and dryer. No management on site. Clean private bathroom and showers on site Cons- roads are not maintained, very uneven, holes, and muddy in places. Pads are not set up, you are basically just putting your jacks on fresh dirt. Bigger, heavier campers tend to sink and become unlevel (I say this because there is a pad fee when paying for a spot). No organized trash service. No internet. Fees, fees, fees, be ready to pay $25-$50 in fees, multiple electric, and reservation fees. Because everything is done online, he has multiple fees for the same reservation. No management on site. Close to the main road, so can be noisy. Electric is about double what other rv parks are. Synopsis- Would I stay there again...yes. but only for short term. It's just to expensive to stay long term. I really enjoyed the openess of the park and not a lot of people. But, if he ever gets it figured out, this place will be full like the other parks around town.

PROS- Small, Very quiet, not crowded, lots of trees, plenty of room between campers. Nice restrooms and a free large capacity washer and dryer to use. Short easy drive into town. CONS- Wish they had internet and trash dumpsters. The road in and out can use some maintenance, and a street light so you can see the small round sign that indicates the entrance at night. It had been raining off and on and the parking area had become muddy in front of the camper.
