I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Alison in the management office, could not be more helpful and easier to deal with.

Hello, I have had a great experience at trailer Haven Mobile home Park. I have been treated like a queen by the management company. I was so fortunate to have contacted the company and I am very happy with the help I received from them. The park is located in a nice community and they are a safe park to stay in. I am so happy with the management at Trailer Haven Mobile Home Park.

These people are greedy crooks. This corporation took over a family run business and turned it in to a cash cow. First thing they did was raise the rents 40%. A lot of the fixed income people had to choose between eating and paying the rent. Then they decided to make everyone sign 25 year (!) leases with guaranteed rent increases EVERY year. 5% MINIMUM increase, unless they make capital improvements and then it goes even higher. Or they could just decide to raise it higher than the minimum increase, and under San Leandro law it's all perfectly legal. Unfortunately higher prices don't mean higher quality. It used to be a nice family park, now there are thugs and strange people hanging around 24 hours. It used to be the safest place in the city. Don't trust these people. If you need a place for a month you'll probably be OK. But if you decide to make it more permanent than that, good luck to you.
