Know your rights. It was a horrific experience. I lived there for 2 years without incident, paid on time, my rent, left unit clean (have pictures and lots of documentation of the whole incident) I do not recommend. I was able to leave on my own timing with the help of these legal services. Be at the law library Building #2 @ 8:30 am Fridays (they recommend 15 min early) Keep all paperwork, documentation. Record everything, do not be bullied. I was bullied and teased, shunned, lied to, used and completely Gaslit. I gave artwork and tried to show kindness. I will always remember him saying "your evicted" handing me my final so called eviction ( after a week of being harassed, insulted, humiliated) and was ushering me off the property, no law, no due process and i had done nothing wrong. I had a quick thought and looked at him and said "Sir, there's a process" and there is. Self help evictions are ILLEGAL and if you have done nothing wrong, you will win, so fight for your rights. Have a good day and God Bless Edit: 6-18-2019 I was informed by various people that David Hammond is saying I left the Trailer #6 a mess and it took someone 2 hours to clean it. I left it in better condition than i received it and took video and pictures. I have a series of photos from a man named Greg and I leave it at that, but i have copies from him as well, time stamped. If anyone would like a set to see i did in fact leave trailer #6 lovely, my name is Lara G. Nelson, msg me on Facebook :D I am not trash and I did not trash that trailer, i left folded origami cranes and left it lovely. I know there is another lady trying to find me. I know she went to the same lawyer. She knows who she is. Don't be afraid to contact me via facebook. Everyone seems to not know who you are (you worked at Dollar Tree and had that cool dog, was at bbq's They know you), Stand strong. I speak to many about abuse and this is very much abuse.
