Nice rustic place close to Mckinney. Stayed for 3 weeks. No Amenities other than full hook ups. Great place to star gaze.

the industrial below grade water bib was a poor choice

If you like it quiet and secluded then this is the place for you. Gravel lot, water, electric, sewer. It has what you need at a good price.
