We are a new park with a lot to offer!

We have full hook-up RV sites with mature trees and plenty of shade for relief from the hot West Texas sun. Relax and cool off in our sparkling pool, chase the kids around the park, or get your sweat on in our gym. Staying a while? No need to pack heavy -- we have an on-site laundry facility!

We are minutes from shopping, dining, the medical district, downtown Lubbock, Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, the Buddy Holly Center, and local wineries and breweries.

We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates, so no matter how long you're staying with us, we've got you covered. Call to inquire about seasonal rates, storage buildings, and mailbox rentals!

Not sure why I didn’t leave a review when I was here a couple of years ago but I guess better late than never… Ha ha ha! Was here for a month and enjoyed it immensely, the sites were level and clean with concrete pads, the staff were very friendly and helpful and all the facilities were clean. I’m going to come back and stay for another month probably in August and I’m looking forward to staying again.

Nice clean place. Staff not very helpful, Wifi absolutely Sucks, worst I ever had anywhere. Very noisy from highway and very noisy motorcycles in park.

Absolutely love this place! Very friendly staff and WELL MAINTAINED park. Laundry, workout room, day room with games and TV, clean restrooms, new wifi throughout the park, beautiful pool and wonderful trees! My dogs love the dog area, they have an awesome grilling area under pergola and a children's play area. I've never had an issue getting into the park or driving around with the wide roads. I'll be sad to leave the many great people here.

Not sure how this got so many good reviews. This is NOT a resort or retreat! Yes the staff was nice (not helpful though) and the concrete pads, gym, laundry, and store are nice and the pool was clean. However, the Wifi only works in the lodge, cable cut, cockroaches in the water bay, pool not heated, no picnic benches, no showers & SUPER noisy from the road! Would not stay again.

Park is nice. WORST wifi I’ve EVER had. They charge you $50 a month for PREMIUM. It’s garbage.
