Vehicle Policy

One RV camping unit and one vehicle per site. Please observe our 7.5 mph speed limit and be aware of pedestrians and bicyclers. All motorized vehicles MUST be operated by licensed drivers, must obey speed limits and be operated on paved roads only. ATV’s are not permitted.

Pet Policy

Pets must be on a leash at all times. If your pet is tied up outside your RV, you must be outside with it Pet owners must pick up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the campground. Please dispose of pet waste in the containers provided. NOT in THE BATHROOM TRASHCANS. Please help keep our park clean! Pets that bark incessantly (whether while left alone or with owners present) will prompt a request that the owners leave the Park with no refund. Pets are not allowed in pool area, inside any buildings or in the showers. (Licensed service dogs allowed). Management reserves the right to refuse entry of pet breeds having a history of aggressive behavior.

New management. This campground is a new place, completely different than it was last year. We have stayed here all summer for the last three years and it is now under Michael and Michelle, great folks! The pool is awesome, facilities are clean and well maintained. When you meet the staff and management they will make you feel like family. The community fire pit is a nightly gathering place where all are welcomed warmly. Try this campground and you Will Be back!

This place is horrible! It just got bought out and new manager Bob is mean and yelling and aggressive. Cable is horrible but worst of all u sitting next to highway with 24/7 non stop highway VERY LOUD TRAFFIC Noise. if u park u wheels of u car or truck 2 inches off rocks on weeds u get threatened. 5 other rv left here and so did us! There no spots where u don't need ear plugs to sleep and it really gets to happiness. Many insane unrealistic rules Rv repair man won't even come into this park to repair due to new manager avoid franklin nc the great outdoor rv park !!! Many great rv parks in Franklin though with lovely nice park managers. All other park managers will help u on a Sunday but if u kindly ask bob...he will yell.... I will evict you! No talking to me Sunday or after 5 ! Scary personality
