Rules

Pet Policies

All tiny homes, except for The Hive, are pet-friendly. Pets must be leashed at all times and any waste promptly cleaned up.

Identification and Furniture

Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. // Please avoid moving furniture.

Damage and Cleanliness

Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. // Bag all trash and dispose of it in the dumpster located near the front gate. // No eating, drinking, or pets on the beds or couches.

Guest and Visitor Policies

No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Guests shall match the list provided, only confirmed names on the booking.

Prohibited Items and Activities

Drones are not allowed. // No cigarette smoking inside. // The use of any recreational drugs (including cannabis) on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty. // No parties/events, illegal activity, or excessive noise. // No loud music after 10 PM. // Be respectful of the neighbors. // No tent or other structures on the property grounds.

Check-In/Check-Out Times and Fees

Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If arriving after 9:00 PM, please contact our local team in advance. // Early check-in at 1 PM and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50 USD, subject to availability. Contact us in advance to check for availability. // Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $50 USD. Please adhere to the designated check-out time.

Booking and Age Restrictions

Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. Adult supervision is required if traveling with minors under 18.
