Rules

Checking In

Our office hours are M-F from 10am-5pm. Holiday or vacation hours will be listed on our facebook page. Check in for RVs is 12pm Check in for Cabins is 2pm Checkout for Cabins and Rvs is 11am Early checkin or late checkout may be available $10 extra per transaction and is subject to availability. If checking in after hours call or text 580-512-9452 and we can help get you finalized and get your keycode to get into your room or unlock your utilities at the rv site.

Checking out of Cabins

Checklist.... Be sure to turn off AC UNIT or Heaters. Turn off water, close windows, Turn off lights, Throw trash in dumpster. Text 580-512-9452 checking out or checkout online thru confirmation email. Checkout time is 11am.

Checking out RV site

Be sure to pick up all trash before you leave your site! Can checkout by texting 580-512-9452 or thru your confirmation email. Checkout time is 11am

Smoking policies

There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside any of the rental cabins. There may be a fine of $100 added to the card on file if evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, butts etc) in rooms is found. Please make sure to close your doors and window in cabin when smoking outside. We also ask you be curteous and not leave your butts on the ground around outside of our cabins or rv sites. Please toss them in an outside trash can or dumpster.

Liability

Money, Jewels and other valuables or items brought to THE BUNKHOUSE CABINS AND RV PARK Premisis is at the guests sole risk. The Bunkhouse Cabins and RV Park and or management accept no liability and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damange thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.

Parking

Rv parking with extra vehicles or guests... please be sure you are not taking up someone elses spot. please park in your area. room parking is in front of your room or as best you can. please refrain from driving in grassy areas that are not in front of your rv site or room. please ask where to park if pulling an extra trailer or rig

Pets

Pets are allowed and encouraged but please keep them on a leash or under control. Please also clean up after your pet. Do not let them wander around the park. do not leave pets unattended in our rooms. the guest is responsible for any damage done by pets to the park property. There is no pet fee for pets in the rv park. There is a nightly pet fee for pets in rooms.

Quiet Hours

Please refrain from excessive noise after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

DOs and DON'Ts

Portable grills and or fire pits are allowed but please clean up area when its safe to do so. Do not leave fires unattended. Do not use outdoor closelines Please keep your area clean and picked up. Please feel free use our dumpster for on the property to help keep your area clean.

Watch your Speed please!

Please watch your speed and be aware of other guests, children and pets that may be around. Speed Limit is 5mph.
