Texarkana KOA is located in the beautiful and easy-going town of Texarkana, Texas and is a great spot for a fun southern escape. Travelers can look forward to onsite fun like swimming, biking, picnicking, sunset viewing and stargazing. Just beyond the park are a number of great attractions such as the Wildscape Trail, Perot Theater, Texarkana Historical Museum, Discovery Place Museum, Tex-Ark Antique Auto Museum and the Regional Arts Center. This campground was really nice. The staff was so welcoming when we showed up it kind of felt like we were family. The park itself was nicely structured and spacious. I liked how everything so nicely maintained. I never once found any of the facilities dirty. There were enough amenities offered for the price they were asking. Also the activities were a lot of fun. There was so much to learn at the historic sightseeing I couldn’t get enough. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but if you are camping is it really a necessity?
