Terra Firma will be alerted immediately and will approve your reservation after checking availability.
Our RV Park, farm/forest is well positioned on a high crest, off Scenic Drive resting on greenschist, exuding lovely vibes and high energy. Step barefoot on the ground and discharge all the negative energy and stress from your previous life. The one you had before you made a right-hand run-up Stagecoach Road properties @Terra Firma. These lands were settled by Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia, first settled in 1820's, near the Little Satilla River Basin. We are descended from pre-Colonial and Revolutionary War lineage, Edmund Chancey, a descendant of Charles Chancy, arriving as a colonist, a person of quality approved by King Charles I. John T. Smith, Jr., in 2017 plotted a strategy to reclaim this land from kudzu, wild grapevines, rattlesnakes, coyotes, fire ants, and other encroaching snakes-in-the-grass. Come and enjoy our 55 year old Loblolly forests and our 100 year old pecan orchards.
Open Dates: July 1 to May 31

Get out of your RV & Forest Bathe (Clothing mandatory & covered-toed shoes encouraged.) Our Dark Skies are incredible.
Early check in 1:00 PM - 7:00pm. Check out: 11:00 AM -12:00 noon. If you have an issue, we are reasonable, but no one is allowed to park after dark. We are a working farm/forest, have animals on the property, including small dogs. The forest has 55 year old loblolly trees and pecan trees planted in 1931. If you hit a tree, you will sustain damages. The trees won't bend, but your bumper will. You need to arrive before dark in order to avoid irritating anyone else already in camp and to avoid collusion with stationary objects, including farm equipment.
Horses can be unpredictable. If you want to treat the horses, chopped up carrots, apples, pears, bananas, cereal or grains are some of their favorites. Oh, and beer. Ginger and Bleu are registered TN Walkers. They love attention, but remember, if you put your finger or thumb in their mouth, you will likely be bitten. Put all foodstuff in their corner bins. Pet at your own risk.
Pet owner must clean up after pets within 150' of the community fire/grill. Pets must be leashed and controlled..
We limit guests to 7 consecutive days. If your RV is a fit for us, you will be extended an invitation to stay longer. This is a rural area and may be too quiet for some folks. Let's make sure we are a "Match."
We don't offer a dump station. Water, electric & extra bathroom only.
Quiet Hours: we like to maintain a calm and quiet environment. However, we encourage social engagement between our guests. Occasionally, everyone does potluck dinner, grills around the campfire, sharing road stories and a few laughs. The sharing of libations is common.
Campfires only allowed at the Communal Fire Pit.

We are about 1/2 mile off of Hwy. 84, between Waycross and Jesup, GA halfway between Jacksonville, FL & Savannah, GA.
Visits to Okefenokee Swamp, https://www.fws.gov/refuge/okefenokee are a adventure you'll never forget.
Waycross, an old railroad town and the largest rail depot in the South East is nearby, while Jesup GA is an Amtrak rail stop, with a great
brew pub, Union Station.... lots to experience.
