Rules
Vehicle Policy
Speed Limit 10 mph. Please follow one-way signs. Please park only on your assigned lot. No parking is allowed on the streets. No washing of any vehicle is permitted on the premises.
Pet Policy
All pets must be approved by the park managers and must be kept on leash at all times. We allow all pets at managements discretion. No pets left unattended or tied up outside of units.
General Policies
1. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm. 2. Speed Limit 10 mph. Please follow one-way signs. 3. No gray water or sewer to be discharged on the ground. 4. All campers not on full hook-up must keep their sewer outlet capped at all times. 5. All pets must be approved by the park managers and must be kept on leash at all times. 6. No pets left unattended or tied up outside of units. 7. NO Rottweiler's or Pit Bulls. 8. No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the park except within your own R.V. or rented site. 9. All trash must be placed in the dumpster. 10. Please keep your lot and the area surrounding your RV clean and sanitary. 11. Please park only on your assigned lot. No parking is allowed on the streets. 12. No washing of any vehicle is permitted on the premises. 13. Please supervise children when near the docks or on the point. 14. Mail will not be accepted for seasonal guests, please secure a P.O. Box from a participating location.

Stayed at this place for 6 months every year for 20 years. Practically got ran off my new owners. They are very rude to us northerners, even though theyy come much farther north than we do. Wanted to charge $275 a MONTH to dock a boat. We took about 30 camping friends with us. Best decision we ever made, since we're not one of them

My family had a lovely time here. The staff welcomed us with open arms per say and were very helpful. There were a lot of great sites that was adequately spaced apart and had a lot of great amenities. There were some fun and rather relaxing activities that we found great for the whole family. The location was really nice as there was lot of great places to shop or eat that was close by. The staff here really enjoys their jobs and maintained the park well. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will be back here if we are in the area again.
