Rules

General Policies

1. HAVE FUN!! If you need assistance or information, please come to the registration office. Our staff will be glad to help you. 2. All RVers, Visitors, and Guests, must register at the office before entering the RV sites areas. Check out time is 12:00 Noon. Late check out may be arranged at the registration office for $2.00 per hour. All park fees/rents must be prepaid by all current and new park visitors/residents on the due date. A late fee of $5.00/day will be charged for any late weekly or monthly payments. 3. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily. Please minimize nighttime traffic and noise during these hours. 4. Pets 10 pounds and under are welcome, but they must be on a leash with you on the other end. You must pick up after your pet. Only service animals are allowed in the office and other park buildings. Your pet must not disturb other park guests. Do not leave pets outside when away from your site or overnight. You must pick up what your pet leaves behind. Failure to pick up after your pet will be cause for immediate termination of your stay with us. No exceptions. 5. No pet fencing on the grass. 6. Hanging towels or clothes from trees or RVs is not permitted – laundry facilities are provided. Nothing may be affixed to any trees in any fashion. 7. Washing vehicles or RVs or mechanical repairs, including changing oil and lubing, is prohibited, except by approved or recommended vendors or with RV park management permission. 8. Water, grey water, black tank, or affluent, may not be emptied on the ground. 9. Firearms, lethal weapons, fireworks, slingshots, pellet or bb guns, are not permitted. 10. No open fires. 11. No tents or free standing canopies. 12. No pickup campers unloaded. Pickup campers must remain on the pickup fully secured to the pickup. Special permission to unload a pickup camper may be granted by park manaement under special circumstances. 13. Public intoxication in any form, including drugs or alcohol, will not be tolerated or permitted at any time for any reason whatsoever. Any Rvers, visitors, or guests who are observed out of their RV in an obviously intoxicated state will be asked to leave the park immediately, and their stay with us will be immediately terminated without refund. Complaints of such conduct by other RVers, guests, or visitors will be taken seriously and acted upon by park management against the offender Drink responsibly and maintain a proper decorum while in Tall Oaks RV Park. 14. Dispose of your trash in the dumpsters provided. Do not throw trash on the ground, or leave it on the ground outside of your RV. 15. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. Do not walk, run, or cycle, on, through, or across another Rver’s site. 16. Please obey all posted notices or signs. 17. No smoking in any of the buildings in the park. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. 18. Do not drive or park on the grass, other RVer’s sites, or on the street. Your site has ample space allotted to you for parking. 19. Please obey our 5 mph speed limit throughout the park, and observe any one-way streets within the park. Failure to observe the park speed limit will be cause for immediate termination of your stay with us. No exceptions! 20. Your RV and vehicle must be parked on your site. If there is not enough room you may need to move to a site big enough or arrange to put it in storage. 21. Your site must be kept neat and free of trash and clutter, including rubbish, toys, equipment, and other possessions. 22. Please, no doormats, rugs, or astro-turf on the grass. 23. Parking or storing or any boats, boat trailers, box trailers, or any other trailer that is not an RV trailer is absolutely prohibited at all times. Disabled non-operating automobiles of any kind are prohibited at all times. Working on your automobile, such as changing oil, repairing engines, etc. is prohibited at all times. 24. Guests are responsible, and will be held liable, for the action and conduct of their children, their pets, and their visitors. 25. Guests and visitors must abide by all RV Park rules. 26. Tall Oaks RV Park, it’s owners, managers, and employees, are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damage, to property or RVs due to nature, acts of God, fire, theft, accident, or other causes. 27. Disregard for any rules will be sufficient reason for terminating an RVs stay without refund. 28. Management reserves the right to add to, or change, these or other rules as circumstances require.

My family had a very lovely time here. The staff was very kind, affable, and accommodating. There were a plethora of sites to choose from that were not only spacious but would fit any size rig or campers style. There were a ton of great amenities that took care of all of our needs. The location was beautiful as there were so many majestic views from all over the park and in the surrounding areas. Also there were a lot of great places to visit that was only a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and can’t wait to get back.
