Check-in and Check-out

Our CHECK IN TIME IS 2pm, check out is 11am. We may be able to check you in early, if our maintenance team has been able to mow & water the site prior to 2pm! Check in with the Golf Shop please.

Operation Schedule and Quiet Hours:

Since we are a golf course, our operational hours start around 5:30 to 6am in the morning. Our crew will be moving mowers from the barn to the course each morning at this time, returning late morning. Regular quite time for RV’ers is 10pm to 7am.

Weekends require a minimum of a 2-night stay.

Restrooms and showers are open 24 hrs. a day:

Are located next to the barn on the South side. Showers are free however you will need a token to start the showers, please get this from Clubhouse during open hours. A token will give you 8 minutes of water time. You can pick up a token at the clubhouse by the cart corral. Please return any unused tokens.

All RV sites are 50 Amp,

please check with the clubhouse on availability of adapters. We have 30-to-50-amp adapters for rent or purchase. Rental fee required.

Dumpster:

The Waste Management dumpster is located in the equipment corral next to the barn. Only put paper goods and household waste in the dumpster.

Pets:

Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pets. Aggressive pets are not allowed, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave for not complying to the pet rules. No pets are allowed on the golf course at any time. Pets must be walked on roadways not designated for golfers or golf carts.

Overnight guests:

Overnight guests must register with office on day of arrival.

Parents are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

For Safety reasons, Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to ride bikes around the RV park, parking lot or club house and restaurant. The putting green is for golfers that are playing golf. Children must be supervised while using our putting green.

We can not allow rugs, carpets, or matts on the grass.

It is ok to use them on the paved and gravel parking area. This is to keep our grass green, healthy and alive. All sites must be clean at all times.

Cooking equipment, portable gas fire pits and burners:

Please do not use any of these on the picnic tables or on the grass. Please utilize your personal tables.

Golf Carts:

Golf carts should not be parked at your RV site except for picking something up and dropping something off. Please return carts to the golf cart return area, and return keys to the Clubhouse.

RV Space Rental Fees:

All fees will be collected at the time of reservation. There are no refunds issued for early check out.

Site Assignment:

RV parking is assigned to an RV site prior to arrival. Each site has some restrictions to length. Please park in the site assigned. In some cases, there may be an RV that is too large for a specific site; we reserve the right to have them move to another site.

One RV and one vehicle per site:

Both vehicle and RV need to park on the hard surface in the site number assigned. No parking on grass or blocking the road.

Visiting overnight Guests:

Must check in at the club house and park in the parking lot.

No utility trailers, boats or off-road vehicles are allowed in sites or left in the parking lot.

No Tents are allowed in the RV park

The sites are reserved for motor homes, trailers and campers.

Guests’ responsibility:

RV guests are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their visitors, children, and pets, registered guests and any damage resulting from their actions during their stay.

Soliciting:

There is no soliciting on the premises.

Facilities:

Facilities may be temporarily closed for maintenance, private events, tournaments, activities or health and safety related issues. Please observe all signs that are posted. No compensation will be issued for facility closures.

Firearms:

All fire arms must be kept in a safe and secured. No loaded fire arms are allowed on premises.

Fireworks, firecrackers and explosives are forbidden on the premises.

Alcohol:

Your own Alcohol must be confined to your camp site. Any other alcohol consumed must be purchased from the club house, Sun Country Beverage Cart or The 9 Iron Bar & Grill. WHILE PLAYING GOLF, ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED FROM OUR FACILITIY. THIS IS A STATE AND FEDERAL LAW. No outside food or alcohol can be brought to any of the patios or areas around the club house or restaurant.

Satellite dishes:

please place satellite dishes close to the RV and keep these on the paved or graveled surface.

Smoking:

There is no smoking allowed in buildings, on patios, putting greens, course or driving range area. Please be mindful and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not put them out on the grounds, or in the garbage. This creates a fire hazard.

Protection of Property:

Guests should exercise caution with their personal property. Be sure to lock up bikes, vehicles and valuables. Protect your golf clubs and outdoor items. Sun Country / 9 Iron Bar and Grill nor its owners are responsible for any theft or damage to your personal property or vehicles due to our maintenance while mowing or watering. Sun Country Owners are not liable or responsible for any bodily harm that may happen while on their property.

Golf Course and RV Site Conduct:

Please do not walk on the golf course, cart paths or walk through others RV sites or personal residents in the neighborhood.

NO WOOD FIRES ARE ALLOWED:

We are in a burn ban area and do not allow any type of wood fires during the fire season. This is a county ordinance. Gas fire pits are allowed. NEVER PUT GAS FIRE PITS ON THE GRASS OR ON THE PICNIC TABLES. I: Sun Country Golf / 9 Iron Bar & Grill is not responsible for damage to any vehicle or premises while you trying to back in or maneuver to get into a RV site. This includes RV spaces 1-14 and includes vehicles in the parking lots and the driveways behind the building.

No Washing Vehicles:

No RV, Truck or vehicle washing on premises. Waterless is ok. Please be sure to return all tokens for driving range and bath house before leaving. Thank You for choosing Sun Country Golf and RV. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to making your stay enjoyable.
