Depends on what your goal is. If you plan to 'camp' and cook out and make a holiday of it, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're just needing a place to park your RV for a day/night, to have it hooked up and a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine. Most of the RV's in this park are long term residents. Yes, it's a bit run down if that's what you want to focus on. BUT, Everything worked, electric, water, WiFi. The park was pretty quiet with a few good places to walk our dog. The people running the establishment were friendly and nice. The area is about a mile from downtown, easy and quick to get back to your RV. We will stay here again.

Real dump, full time residents aren't very clean. Not maintained or kept up. Certainly not worth the price they charge. Keep looking stay only as a no other option

Park is not maintained, very expensive for what you get. We pulled in for 2 nights due to weather. Power pedestals not working correctly. 50amp Service plug would barely stay in. 110 plugs in surround sites and ours all not working. Water pump froze up and since 110 plugs quit working. Called office, they refuse to assist and call a manager. Terrible.... don’t stay here at all. Only thing cool here is the town of Trinidad!

Wonderful, small, peaceful and quiet little R/V Park. People at the park were warming cordial. The reviews we read prior to coming to the park were in accurate and miss leading. My wife and I found this to be a very underrated gem. We would stay there again.

Trinidad doesn't offer a high-end RV park. The Summit although not the best, you will find it safe and doable.

The pits. Mostly full time residents in campers that look like they are ready to collapse. No table outside. Pull through spot was fairly level, could level my Class A with wheels still on ground. Way overpriced for what it was. Unfortunately, if you want to stay in Trinidad this is probably the best choice of the parks we looked at.

We will not stay again. The site is not conducive to RV parking with unlevel grounds. Only one shower for the entire park. The park was geared for long term stay, and the trailers were dilapidated; dogs running around or chained up. Which was sad to learn ok at. A poverty area of town. The pictures are deceiving. Do not stay here.

I probably would not stay there again, very sketchy set up. I did not fell comfortable even setting up my chairs and tables. Most of the tenants were permanent with trailers that looked so dilapidated, no wheels, no skirting, holes in the outer walls, grass growing up everywhere. It did not feel safe.

Not a place I would stay again. A lot of permanents with really old units. Some very junky. Very little grass, mostly weeds. Broken pedestals; just not well kept. And for all that, it’s $50/night! Do not recommend.

Made reservation 4 months in advance. Called letting them know it would be the evening before we would be in. Arrived at 9pm. Our site was given away. Desk clerk tried to put us in spot #9 which is in the parking lot with zero room if you have slides. Then they tried to move us to spot #11. Spot 11 had no running water and a caved in sewer. We opted to get our money back and drive down the street to Tower 64 and had zero issues.
