Cancellation Policy

1. No Show: Refund will not be granted. 2. Long Term: (One month or longer) -Reservation with any nights during the months of January - March: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus $150 administrative fee. -Reservations with all nights during the months April - December: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus 10% of reservation. -Less than 60 days: deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date, or will be forfeited. If a stay is shorter than original reservation, and less than one month, no refund will be given. -If one month or longer, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.) Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment, minus $150.00 administrative fee, will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited. -Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the Regional level.

Deposit Policy/Payment Schedule

1. Daily: Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. To make changes to your reservation, please call the Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. If an RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 2. 1 to 2 Months: One month deposit is due at time of reservation for reservations during January-March. $200 deposit due at time of reservation during April-December. Balance due on reservation start date. 3. 3 Months: One month deposit is due at time of reservation. Balance due on reservation start date. 4. 4 to 5 Months: One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. Final balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 5. 6 months or longer: One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 25% of balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation. 6. Annual: RV annuals - One month deposit required. Monthly payment schedule is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. The method of payment for deposit is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

General Policies

1. Check In Time: 11:00 AM 2. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 3. Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. 4. Guests aged 12 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. 5. Pets are allowed. 6. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 7. I have stayed many times over the last two decades and have always found them to be very professional, the campground very clean, the facilities well kept. Most sites are not shaded. Flea and farmer's market next door is open Thursdays. If you like antiques, nearby Rennigers in Mt Dora is a must see. Southern Palms is a huge park, that has many permanent residents and hosts several rallies a year.Check ahead for availability. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

My big rig fit very nicely here and with so many spots to choose from I was almost in heaven. There was a lot this park offered at a very decent price. I loved how everything was clean and presentable and how the staff was so nice. It really does matter on how you are treated and they are simply great at helping others. My family and I had a great time here.
