General Policies
1. Reservations are necessary November thru March 2. Reservation cancellation requires 20 days’ notice in writing, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be forfeited. Full deposit forfeited if within 20 days of scheduled arrival. Sorry, NO Credit days and NO holding deposit for next month or year. 3. Check-In 12:00 P.M./Check-Out 11:00 A.M. 4. No show no refund; 1st reservations change NO charge, after 2nd reservation change fee charge $20.00. 5. Dogs up to 40 lbs. are permitted. No Aggressive breeds allowed such as Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, - Chows and Akitas. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. 6. Parking Fees: $100/month, $40/week & $10/daily (Oversized $115.00/month)plus tax 7. Dump Fee: $20.00 8. Parking with Dump$ 110.00 //Parking on site No electricity $ 175.00 9. All rate subject to change any time. Discount will not apply for Rental
