SONGBIRD RV PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

Trash Dumpster

Trash Dumpster is located on the park's north side by the creek please break boxed down!

Flashlights

Make sure you use flash lights when walking at night

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8 am

Children

Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times ✵ Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas ✵ Please do not let your children walk in the creek: snake warning

Skateboards and In-line Skates

Skateboards and In-line Skates are not permitted inside the park.

ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS AND FIREARMS

✵ Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground. This includes your site area. ✵ 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 ✵ Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed ✵ All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws ✵ No Alcohol is permitted in any common area (Unless approved by management) ✵Songbird RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff or owner will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence ✵ No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the park will be tolerated

Fenced Dog Park

A fenced Dog Park is provided for you to exercise your pet. Please read and abide by the dog park rules

Pets on a Leash

All pets (Dogs & Cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park. Wildfire/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.

Pet's Waste

Pick up your pet's waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the park

Managments & Pets

Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behaviour. No aggressive dogs allowed, no pit-bulls

Owner Responsibility

Animals are the exclusive responsability of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated

Pets Unattended

Pets may NOT be left outside unattended!!

Payments

Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Check or Cashiers check only. Monthly guest do on the 1st of every month

Self-Contained Units

All RVs must be fully self-contained, weel-kept and in good condition. MUST BE KEPT WASHED! With no outside cludder

RVS

RVs 12 years or older must be approved by Park management

Speed Limit

A 10MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. *** MUST SUBMIT 2 CURRENT PHOTOS OF YOUR RV FOR APPROVAL PRIOT TO MOVE IN

Vehicles

Only 2 vehicles per site. 2 vehicles included on rate. Extra vehicles on visitor parking

Additional People

Additional persons $5 per person per night up to the maximum

Camping/Sleeping outside

No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV

Sub-Leasing

No Sub-leasing is allowed.

Campfires

Campfires are to be only in fire rings. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted if there is a proper fire arrestor used.

NOT ALLOWED

No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or pallets; dog kennels, pens or gog runs allowed.

Grass

No mats, rugs, etc., allowed on the grass

Water hoses/sewer lines

All water hoses/sewer lines must be gree from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer.

Sale of Products/Services

Solicitation or signs for the sale of product/services will not be allowed

Children & Visitors

✵ All visitors must check-in at office. Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations ✵ You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests

Our purpose for this stop was the Texas State Historical Railroad. Our next stop made this the perfect place to land. This is a new park in progress. One part has trees and large common area. The part we choose was open for maximum sun. Nicely planned park. Appears to have some longer term guest. The price was comparable to full price federal parks.

When I attempted to book, putting in my Good Sam’s number and hit checkout, the system never showed that my transaction was finalized. As a result, I booked another site at a different location. I was suppressed to receive a call asking what time I would arrive. I will be checking my card statement and hope I do not have a debit on my account. If so, I will be contacting the park for refund. I’m not opposed to trying another stay if we are in the area agian.

Great place to stay. Very park like feeling. Cynthia (owner) and Sergio (1st mate) are great, helpful and friendly people. Fire ring, picnic table and even lawn chairs to borrow for extra visitors.

It was a quick two night stay for us while we visited the Polar Express. It served its purpose and has some really pretty landscape. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed a week stay at Songbird RV Park. Pretty park and Cynthia was very friendly. On night of our stay it rained very heavily and Cynthia checked on everyone the next day to be sure we were all ok. It is a newer park but well maintained. I could tell she takes pride in her park.
