Pets are allowed except in select rentals

Rentals Policy

1. A 3 day minimum stay reservation is required for rentals. 2. $200 deposit secured with a credit card is required. Your deposit becomes a refundable security deposit after checkout. 3. A walk through will be made to determine if any charges against the security deposit will be made. 4. Should any charges be made against your deposit, they will be made in writing within 15 days. 5. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card within 30 days. 6. Cancellations made 60 days or less - No Refund. 7. Cancellations made 61 days or over - 50 % of required deposit will be refunded.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

Daily 1. Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. 2. To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. 3. If a RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 4. If a rental unit reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 1 to 2 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation for reservations during January-March. 2. $200 deposit is due at time of reservation during April-December. 3. Balance is due on reservation start date. 3 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. Balance is due on reservation start date 4 to 5 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. Final balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 6 months or longer 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. 25% of balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 4. Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation. Annual 1. Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit is required for new guests. 2. RV annuals - One month deposit required. 3. Monthly payment schedule is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. 4. The method of payment for deposit is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

General Policies

1. Check In Time: RVs 12:00 PM / Cottages 4:00 PM 2. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 3. Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. 4. Guests aged 12 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. 5. Pets are allowed except in select rentals. 6. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 7. For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 548-9981. 8. WiFi is free at RV Clubhouse Café and Tiki Bar. Additional charge with Tengo Net for WiFi service at the rental or RV site.

I have stayed there, nice park and is close to Disney. Should be under your 20 min to Disney property line, maybe a bit more to the actual parking lots for the theme parks. Disney is huge. Sherwood Forest is one of the closest RV parks. Lots to do on 192 also. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
