The Shady River RV Resort is located in the beautiful and historic Texas town of Georgetown and is a great place for an authentic southern vacation. Campers can look forward to a long list of excellent attractions, such as guided tours through the inner space caverns, Georgetown Art Center, Georgetown Antique Mall, Lake Georgetown, Cedar Breaks Park and the picturesque Blue Hole Park. Other great stops include the Sun City Texas pools, the San Gabriel River, The Williamson Museum, Teravista Golf Club, the Thirsty Mule Winery and Vineyard. Plus, main street which is filled with great local shops, eateries, breweries, wineries and urban sceneries. Rules

Pet Policy

Small pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash when outside. Please clean up after your pet. Do not chain pets outside. Pet owners must comply with all applicable state and local laws and ordinances, and shall confine pets to Tenant’s RV space. All pets must accompany Tenants when they leave Shady River RV Resort and at no time may be left unattended. Tenant shall remove pet from Shady River RV Resort upon demand in the event that said pet shall, in any way, disturb other tenants.

Disgusting drugs, drunks and child molestors. Filthy laundry 1 shower beyond disgusting. Broken down old Rvs, cockroaches disgusting. Owner Peter is a rip off artist and will over charge on electric and steal your deposits. AVOID. Theres a lot better cleaner places close by.

This park was really nice and had a lot for a small amount of money. They have a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The amenities they had provided all of our essentials. The park was nicely maintained and the facilities were really clean. They had awesome activities that our family needed to relax. A nice big open room for the kids to play, and there were a lot of fun things for us to do as well. The sights were really beautiful, it was really nice to sit and look at everything.
