Shady Ridge Campground

The Shady Ridge Campground is located in the beautiful town of Cedar Hill, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great water sports at the nearby Joe Pool, and enjoy swimming, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The pool is a great fishing spot, known to be filled with largemouth black bass, crappie and catfish. Additionally, there's also plenty of space for geocaching, hiking, biking and scenic viewing. Nearby, travelers can also expect great annual events, golf courses, shops, restaurants and plenty of parks for sunset viewing and stargazing. Dallas World Aquarium, Dealey Plaza, Klyde Warren Park and the Kimbell Art Museum are also camper favorites. Amenities at the park include: full hookups, picnic tables, grills, and hiking trails.
