Shaded Haven RV Park is a 24 hour gated community perfect for travelers, retired explorers or working folks who are embracing that independent lifestyle. We offer full 30/50 amp water, sewer, electric, trash and cable sites along with all the amenities one may need such as picnic areas, playground, trash services, propane refilling station, gym, pool/spa and shower, restroom and laundry facilities. Release of Liability

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I understand and agree that by signing this Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability, I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and/or my minor child while using any and all chosen facilities and activities provided by Shaded Haven and its affiliates. I understand and agree that by signing this Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability, I am agreeing to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Shaded Haven RV Park and its employees from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from participation in the activities or use of facilities. I understand that this Waiver/Release of Liability will be binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children, and any guardian ad litem for said children. I acknowledge that I have read this Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability and that I understand the words and language in it. I also understand that this Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability is valid for the duration of time that we are present on Shaded Haven grounds. Shaded Haven RV Park and Mini Storage assumes no responsibility for wind, fire, theft, flooding, utility failure, accidents, injuries, damage, gross negligence, any disaster natural or otherwise, or loss of any kind.

General Rules

GENERAL: All park tenants and guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. No public drunkenness or disorderly conduct will be allowed. No soliciting is permitted in the park. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Loud music or any other noise which denies another tenant their right to peace is strictly prohibited. Quiet time in park is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All RVs must be manufactured and currently up to date with RVIA standards. The RV and space should be used for private residential purposes and no business commercial activity of any nature shall be conducted.

Parking

PARKING: All vehicles must be registered with up to date tabs and in working condition. Pull through sites are allotted 2 cars per site, and back ins are allotted 1 car per site. Each site may also have 1 motorcycle in addition to their maximum vehicle number. No vehicles may be parked in a vacant space or the space of another tenant at any time to avoid a $10 parking violation charge. Overflow parking space is available to those who need it for $50 a month.

Site Restrictions

OUTDOOR SPACE USE: California code prohibits the storage of any personal property under the RV. No storage sheds or laundry lines are permitted. No indoor furniture, or freezer/refrigerators may be stored outside. No easy ups or tents are to be permitted. No tarps may be used as awnings, roof covers, or car covers. No garbage bags filled with trash or recyclables are permitted to be stored outside RV. Gazebos or sunscreens to be permitted only with explicit approval from Shaded Haven management. No permanent structures are to be built or affixed to the RV including decking, skirting, steps, fencing. Plants are to be kept to a maximum of 3 per RV site. A total of seven (7) items are permitted outside your RV. (I.E. 4 patio chairs, table, plant and 1 bbq. OR 2 patio chairs, table, flag, plant, bbq and love-seat.) Any other decorations or exterior use is up to the discretion of Shaded Haven management. Please keep our park neat and tidy.

Sewer Connection

SEWER CONNECTION: California code requires that connections must be water tight and sealed at both ends of a sewer connection. No discharging of sewage waste or grey water is allowed onto the ground. There is a sewer hook-up at each site, negating the need to leave the RV park to dump. Please replace the cap on the sewer opening upon move-out.

Laundry

LAUNDRY: Washing and drying machines are available. No washing and drying machines may be stored outside of the RV and no clothes may be hung dried. Laundry facilities are available to Shaded Haven tenants 24 hrs/daily. For you convenience a vending and quarter machine is available in our laundry room facility.

Restrooms

PUBLIC RESTROOMS: Restroom facilities are available to all nightly and extended stay guests 24 hrs/daily. However, all RV's occupying Shaded Haven MUST be self sufficient. Our restroom facilities cannot be your primary restroom for regular use. Restrooms are to supplement our pool and other recreational facilities only. Animals, Dishes and clothes washing is not permitted in the restrooms. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom facilities.

Guest Gate Access

GUEST GATE ACCESS: Tenants are responsible for the actions of their guests and ensuring that guests follow the same guidelines imposed on tenants. To give guests access, tenants must come to the front gate to personally let them in using their own key. If a guest is expected to stay over night they must be pre-approved and pay a $5 guest fee per night not to exceed more than 3 nights, or they will be considered a tenant, and will need additional approval by Shaded Haven RV Park. Any additional occupants staying in said RV space must complete a contract agreement and wait approval before assuming occupancy. Please follow this rule as we heavily enforce it.

Speed Limit

SPEED LIMIT: 7MPH OR LESS WHEN KIDS ARE PRESENT. Please note if you are found speeding through property you will be served with a documented verbal warning. Second offense will be $150 fine. Third offense will be considered breach of contract and will cause termination of said lease.

Children

CHILDREN: All Children & Teens under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult to use the pool, gym, community room, laundry room or restroom facilities. You are held responsible for your children as well as your children's guests. All play structures are at your own risk. Shaded Haven RV Park assumes no responsibility for wind, fire, theft, flooding, utility failure, accidents, injuries, damage, gross negligence, or loss of any kind while playing on or around play structures within the park. Bikes and Skateboards must be accompanied with a helmet.
